Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Spark Toys Cobourg. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@sparktoys.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used toys and games
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending any items back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., Canada Post) as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
